In the Matter of the Complaint of Desktop Media, Inc. against Qwest Corporation Regarding Interconnection Terms.	SECOND PREHEARING ORDER

          This matter is before Administrative Law Judge Richard C. Luis pursuant to a Notice and Order for Hearing dated March 12, 2002.  The parties informed the ALJ that a continuance in the hearing date was needed to permit additional time for settlement discussions.   Therefore the Administrative Law Judge makes the following:

ORDER

1.                 The current schedule is modified as follows:

·       Rebuttal testimony prefiled, optional simultaneous prehearing briefs due – March 31, 2003.

·       Hearing dates – April 15 and 17, 2003.

2.     These dates may be adjusted by the Administrative Law Judge upon motion duly made.
