ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO EXTEND DISCOVERY

           

On March 30, 2002, a Motion to Extend Discovery was emailed by Public Intervenors Network.  Since March 30 was a Saturday, the motion was not filed until Monday, April 1. The Motion sought an extension of the deadline to request discovery from April 1 until April 5.  The Motion was  based upon the fact that the Network did not receive its copy of the Company's Supplement until March 30 because the Company had used an outdated address for service.

            Discussions were had between the undersigned Administrative Law Judge, Ms. Overland and Mr. Krikava.

            IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1.     Public Intervenors Network may have until April 5, 2002, to request discovery  regarding the Supplement.

2.     The Company, and all other parties, shall check their service lists to                   assure that the new address (in Red Wing) has been substituted for the old address (in Northfield) for Public Intervenors Network.
