ORDER GRANTING INTERVENTION

 

          The following Petitions to Intervene in this proceeding were filed with the Administrative Law Judge:

 

1.               Sierra Club

2.               Public Intervenors Network

3.               American Wind Energy Association

 

No objection was filed to any of the Petitions.  Each has met the criteria set forth in Minn. R. 1400.6200.  A Notice of Appearance has been filed by the Izaak Walton League.

 

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1.                 The Sierra Club, Public Intervenors Network and American Wind Energy Association Petitions to Intervene as parties are GRANTED.

2.                 The Master Service List shall be amended to reflect the additional Intervenors and the Notice of Appearance filed by the Izaak Walton League.  A corrected version is attached hereto.

3.                 A copy of the Prehearing Order issued on March 6, 2002 shall be sent to each of the new Intervenors and to the Izaak Walton League.
