ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINE

This matter is before Administrative Law Judge Richard C. Luis to consider AT&T’s Motion for Extension of Time filed on November 21, 2001.

Based upon the record, the undersigned Administrative Law Judges make the following:

order

1.               The Motion for Extension of Time filed by AT&T is granted in the Separate Affiliate docket (1372).

2.               AT&T must file its Separate Affiliate reply by December 5, 2001.  This deadline does not apply to filings subject to the December 14, 2001 supplemental reply deadline.
