Dear Counsel:

          A Status Conference was held on Thursday, October 25, 2001 among myself and attorneys Hood, Roche and Ten Eyck.  As a result, agreement was reached on a tentative schedule for discovery, pre-filed testimony, other prehearing matters and dates for the hearing, if necessary.  I have received a written copy (attached) of the tentative schedule.  I approve the schedule, and IT IS ORDERED that the attached procedural schedule in this matter is ADOPTED.

          Any intervention by persons seeking to become parties to this case will be handled on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the Procedural Rules for Contested Case Hearings adopted by the Office of Administrative Hearings.
