I have been advised by Pat Watts of
your Division that the Citation under appeal in this case was issued for an
alleged violation that did not occur on state property, but occurred on
property owned by the City of
It is my understanding that the
Enforcement Division will, as a result of the circumstance noted above, refer
this matter to the City of
Ms. Watts informed me by email (copy
attached), voice mail and telephone call on September
24, 2008, to the effect that the Enforcement Division staff wishes to dismiss
the Citation.
Accordingly, IT IS RECOMMENDED that Civil Trespass Citation #142845, issued to
William Floyd Halquist, be DISMISSED.
I am closing this Office’s file in
the case, and returning the record to you.
