SECOND PREHEARING ORDER

The parties have mutually agreed to an extension of the discovery deadline in order to allow for disclosure of expert reports and completion of discovery.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Prehearing Order issued December 12, 2006 are vacated.

2. By March 30, 2007, the parties shall file a statement describing the subject matter of expected expert testimony, any report prepared by the expert for this matter, and a curriculum vitae for the expert.

3. Discovery shall be completed by April 30, 2007.

4. In all other respects, the Prehearing Order issued December 12, 2006 shall remain in effect.
