Dear Ms. Adam, Mr. Weiss, and Mr. Dubiel:

It has come to our attention that Mr. Weiss and Mr. Dubiel were together on September 3, 2005, and both received citations from Conservation Officer Adam relating to the same alleged violation. Because it appears that both matters present substantially the same issues of fact and law, a decision in one would affect the rights of the parties in the other, and consolidating the cases for hearing would save time and costs, it is hereby ordered that these cases shall be consolidated for the prehearing conference and any subsequent proceedings in accordance with Minn. Rules part 1400.6350.

The time and date of the prehearing conference (November 8, 2005, at 1:30 p.m. via telephone conference call) will remain unchanged. Administrative Law Judge Barbara L. Neilson, 100 Washington Avenue South, Suite 1700, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401, 612-341-7604, will preside and will initiate the conference call to the parties.
