This letter constitutes the First Prehearing Order in the above matter concerning our discussions in the telephone prehearing conference held yesterday. Mr. Tostengard appeared for the Department of Labor and Industry (Department); Mr. McGrath appeared for Schmidt Roofing, Inc., and Clint D. Schmidt, individually (Licensee). During the conference we set the following schedule:
May 27, 2010: Deadline for the parties to exchange all exhibits they intend to offer into evidence at the hearing, along with a witness list containing a brief summary of the anticipated testimony of each witness. Please provide me with a copy of the exhibit and witness lists at this time.
June 3, 2010: Hearing, commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings.
