This matter was set for a Prehearing Conference before
Administrative Law Judge Manuel J. Cervantes on a Notice of and Order for
Hearing, Order for Prehearing Conference, and Order to Show Cause, dated
November 5, 2008. On December 31, 2008,
the ALJ received a letter from Tim Campbell requesting that the hearing scheduled
for January 7, 2009 be continued due to his unavailability. Michael J. Tostengard, Assistant Attorney
General and attorney for the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, has no
objection to a continuance.
IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED: that the Prehearing Conference in this matter
will be continued to February 4, 2009,
beginning at 1:30 p.m., and will be held at the Office of Administrative
Hearings,
