Dear Counsel:
This letter constitutes the Prehearing Order concerning matters discussed in the prehearing conference held on May 6, 2007. Mr. Kaisershot appeared for the Department of Labor and Industry (Department); Mr. Wasserman appeared for Century Roofing, Inc. (Respondent).
We set the following deadlines:
July 15, 2008: Discovery deadline. All discovery shall be served sufficiently in advance of this deadline that responses are due no later than July 15, 2008.
July 29, 2008: Deadline for exchanging exhibits and witness lists. The witness lists shall contain a brief summary of the expected testimony of each witness.
August 12, 2008: Hearing, commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings.
I have enclosed the Protective Order, as requested by the Department. The Department indicated it would have its investigative files copied and produced to the Licensee within the next two weeks.
