PREHEARING ORDER AND ORDER FOR HEARING

The Administrative Law Judge has granted a continuance in this matter, pursuant to the request of counsel for the parties. Based on the agreement of the parties through their counsel

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. The hearing in this matter will occur on April 16, 2008, at 9:30 a.m., at the Office of Administrative Hearings, Harold E. Stassen Office Building, 600 North Robert Street, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101.

2. The parties shall exchange with each other and file with the Administrative Law Judge, no later than April 10, 2008, their witness lists and copies of their exhibits. Exhibits shall be marked with Arabic numerals, beginning with the number 1 for the Department of Labor and Industry. The exhibits for the licensee shall commence with next consecutive number after the last exhibit number for the Department.
