Dear Parties:
This letter constitutes the Prehearing Order concerning matters discussed in the prehearing conference held on January 31, 2008. Mr. Tostengard appeared for the Department of Labor and Industry; Mr. Brown appeared for Dan Brown Builders, Inc., and Lakewood Homes, LLC (Respondents), without counsel.
During the conference we set the following deadlines:
April 9, 2008: Deadline for the parties to exchange all exhibits they intend to offer into evidence at the hearing, along with a witness list that shall briefly describe the anticipated testimony of each witness.
April 16, 2008: Hearing, commencing at 9:30 a.m., at the Office of Administrative Hearings.
I have enclosed for Mr. Brown some materials from the OAH website (the Pro Se Guide and Witness Guide) to assist him in preparing for the hearing. Please advise me promptly if this matter is resolved before the hearing.
