A continuance was granted by the
undersigned Administrative Law Judge, pursuant to a request by Karl J. Yeager,
counsel for New Tradition Homes, Inc. and Custom Living Homes, LLC
(“Licensees”), and agreed to by Assistant Attorney General Christopher M.
Kaisershot.
Based upon that correspondence, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1.
The contested case hearing shall be held on November 16,
2007 commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings,

The parties shall exchange exhibits, and shall appear at the
hearing with at least three copies of each exhibit they plan to offer into
evidence. Exhibits shall be pre-marked using Arabic numbers without designation
of the party offering the exhibit. The Department’s exhibits shall commence
with the number one, and Licensees’ exhibit numbers shall commence where the
Department’s numbers end.
