SECOND PREHEARING ORDER AND ORDER FOR HEARING

A second continuance was granted by the undersigned Administrative Law Judge, pursuant to a request by Karl J. Yeager, counsel for New Tradition Homes, Inc. and Custom Living Homes, LLC (“Licensees”), and agreed to by Assistant Attorney General Christopher M. Kaisershot, counsel for the Department of Labor and Industry.

Based upon that correspondence, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:

1. The contested case hearing shall be held on January 17, 2008, commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings, Harold E. Stassen Office Building, 600 North Robert Street, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101.

2. The parties shall exchange exhibits, and shall appear at the hearing with at least three copies of each exhibit they plan to offer into evidence. Exhibits shall be pre-marked using Arabic numbers without designation of the party offering the exhibit. The Department’s exhibits shall commence with the number one, and Applicant’s exhibit numbers shall commence where the Department’s numbers end.
