This letter constitutes the Prehearing Order concerning matters discussed in the prehearing conference held this afternoon. Mr. Kaisershot appeared for the Department of Labor and Industry; Mr. Randolph appeared on his own behalf without counsel.

We set the following deadlines:

February 27, 2007: Deadline for exchanging exhibits and witness lists. The witness lists shall contain a brief summary of the expected testimony of each witness.

March 6, 2007: Hearing, commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings.

I provided Mr. Randolph with some materials from our website (Pro Se Guide and Witness Guide) to assist him in preparing for the hearing.
