The above-entitled matter is scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Raymond R. Krause (“ALJ”) on January 23, 2007.

At the request of the Respondent, and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. The deadline in the November 1, 2006, Prehearing Order for completion of discovery is extended to January 5, 2007.

2. The deadline in the November 1, 2006, Prehearing Order for any Motion to Compel Discovery is extended to January 12, 2007.

3. The deadline in the November 1, 2006, Prehearing Order for identification of expert witnesses is extended to January 5, 2007.

4. The deadline in the November 1, 2006, Prehearing Order for filing of expert witness material is extended to January 5, 2007.

5. All other deadlines and other provisions in the November 1, 2006, Prehearing Order remain in effect.

6. This matter is set for hearing on January 23 and 24, 2007, commencing at 9:00 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings.
