Dear Mr. Tostengard and Mr. Kennedy:
This letter constitutes the Prehearing Order concerning matters discussed in the prehearing conference held this afternoon. Mr. Tostengard appeared for the Department of Labor and Industry; Mr. Kennedy appeared on his own behalf without counsel.
We set the following deadlines:
August 18, 2006: Deadline for exchanging exhibits and witness lists. The witness lists shall contain a brief summary of the expected testimony of each witness.
August 25, 2006: Hearing, commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings.
I have enclosed for Mr. Kennedy some materials from the OAH website to assist in preparing for the hearing (the Pro Se Guide and Witness Guide). Additional information is available at www.oah.state.mn.us. Please notify me if this matter is resolved before the hearing.
