This letter constitutes the Prehearing Order concerning matters discussed in the prehearing conference held this afternoon. Mr. Kaisershot appeared for the Department of Labor and Industry; Mr. Smith appeared for Handyman Express, Inc., without counsel.
We set the following deadlines:
March 15, 2006: Deadline for exchanging exhibits and witness lists. The witness lists shall contain a brief summary of the expected testimony of each witness.
March 22, 2006: Hearing, commencing at 1:30 p.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings.
I have enclosed for Mr. Smith some materials from the OAH website to assist in preparing for the hearing (the Pro Se Guide and Witness Guide). Additional information is available at www.oah.state.mn.us. Please notify me if this matter is resolved before the hearing.
