At the prehearing conference, counsel requested a hearing date in October 2005 to allow them sufficient time to consummate a settlement of this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this administrative contested case proceeding is set for hearing at the Office of Administrative Hearings, Suite 1700, 100 Washington Square, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2005.
