          This matter came before Administrative Law Judge Manuel J. Cervantes on an Application for Admission of a Non-Resident Counsel pro hac vice, filed on November 9, 2010.       

 

Rory H. Foley, Assistant Attorney General, represents the Department of Labor and Industry (Department).  Laura N. Maupin, Esq., represents Volume Services, Inc., d/b/a Centerplate Concessions (Respondent).

 

          On November 9, 2010, Ms. Maupin moved for the admission of non-resident counsel Mark S. Kittaka to actively participate in the above-referenced matter.  

 

          No objection was received from the Department.

         

          Based upon the files, records, and proceedings herein,

 

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

 

          That the Application for Admission of Non-Resident Counsel pro hac vice is approved.
