Counsel pro hac vice, filed on

the Department of Labor and Industry (Department). Laura N. Maupin, Esq., represents Volume
Services, Inc., d/b/a Centerplate Concessions (Respondent).
On November 9, 2010, Ms. Maupin moved for
the admission of non-resident counsel Mark S. Kittaka to actively participate
in the above-referenced matter.
No objection was received from the
Department.
