This letter will confirm that the hearing in this matter has been continued to September 17 - 18, 2009, starting at 9:30 a.m. each day in the courtrooms of the Office of Administrative Hearings, 600 North Robert Street, First Floor, in St. Paul.  Exhibit and witness lists shall be exchanged by Thursday, August 20, and copies of any exhibits not previously disclosed shall be provided. Exhibits shall be prenumbered, with the Department assigned Exhibits 1-99, and Kraft assigned Exhibits 100-199. Please note that, pursuant to Minn. R. 1400.6950, subp. 2, any party objecting to the foundation for any written exhibit must notify both the offering party and the Administrative Law Judge in writing at least two working days before the hearing or the foundation objection shall be waived.
