          This letter constitutes the Prehearing Order concerning matters discussed in the telephone prehearing conference held yesterday afternoon.  Ms. Leppink appeared for the Commissioner of Labor and Industry; Mr.  Lynch appeared for Intermet Minneapolis (Respondent). 

 

We set the following deadlines: 

 

July 14, 2006:                   Ms. Leppink will provide OSHA file to Mr. Lynch.

 

September 7, 2006:           Deadline for exchanging any additional exhibits and witness lists.  The witness lists shall contain a brief summary of the expected testimony of each witness.

 

September 14, 2006:         Hearing, commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings.
