ORDER FOR CONTINUANCE

 

          The above-entitled matter was scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger (“ALJ”) on January 15, 2003.   

Richard L. Varco, Assistant Attorney General, 525 Park Street, Suite 200, St. Paul, MN 55103, appeared on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.  Francis J. Motzko, d/b/a/ Motzko Plumbing, 4201 Zarthan Ave., St. Louis Park, MN 55416 appeared on his own behalf.

At the request of the Respondent, and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1.                        This matter is continued to March 11, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. at the Office of Administrative Hearings.

2.                        The subpoena issued to Leonard Bouchard shall remain in effect and Mr. Bouchard is directed to appear at the hearing on March 11, 2003.

3.                        A copy of A Guide to Participating in Contested Case Proceedings at the Office of Administrative Hearings will be sent to the Respondent to assist him in his preparation for hearing.  A copy of the guide is also available at www.oah.state.mn.us.
