ORDER |
This matter came on before Administrative Law Judge Manuel
J. Cervantes pursuant to a Notice of Prehearing Conference on August 17, 2009.
Wendy Willson Legge, Assistant General
Counsel, appeared by telephone on behalf of the Department of Labor and
Industry (Department) along with Charlie Durenberger, Enforcement Services
Manager.
Jeffrey Songer (Respondent), appeared by
telephone, pro se.
In
light of Respondent’s request for additional time to consult with an attorney,
the following schedule is:
ORDERED
1.
By 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2009, the
Department shall file its Motion for Summary Disposition and proposed order;
2.
Respondent shall
file his response to the Motion for Summary Disposition no later than 30 days from receipt the Department’s motion; and
3.
The hearing
scheduled for September 14, 2009 is hereby cancelled.
