Dear Ms. Munkel-Olson:

I have reviewed the Dual Notice and the Additional Notice Plan that I received from you on July 10, 2008, to determine whether they meet the requirements of Minnesota law.  The Dual Notice is approved.  The Additional Notice Plan is approved, contingent upon the inclusion of the following organizations:

The American Association of Radon Scientists and Technicians;

The National Radon Safety Board;

The National Environmental Health Association;

The Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors; and

The Minnesota Department of Health’s State Indoor Radon Grantees.
