In the Matter of the Temporary Immediate Suspension of the License of Ann Bach |
ORDER OF DISMISSAL |
This hearing was scheduled for August 17, 2010, at the request of Ms. Bach.
The purpose of the hearing was to consider whether the July 12, 2010 Temporary Immediate Suspension of Ms. Bach’s license to provide child care should be continued.
On August 16, 2010, Ms. Bach telephoned the undersigned Administrative Law Judge and the Assistant Scott County Attorney, with the information that she would not be attending the August 17, 2010 hearing.
Based upon Ms. Bach’s de facto withdrawal of her appeal of Commissioner’s Temporary Immediate Suspension of her license to provide child care, the Administrative Law Judge makes the following:
The Administrative Law Judge recommends that Ms. Bach’s July 13, 2010 appeal be dismissed, and the July 12, 2010 Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension of the Licensee’s family child care license continue.
