SCHEDULING ORDER

This matter came before Administrative Law Judge Manuel J. Cervantes on a Notice of and Order for Hearing, filed March 24, 2010. Susan E. Cooper, Assistant County Attorney represents Winona County and the Minnesota Department of Human Services (Department). Douglas A. Boese, Esq., represents Amanda Knutson (Licensee).

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. By 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2010, each party will file and serve copies of the pre-labeled exhibits that it proposes to offer into the hearing record. The Department shall label its exhibits sequentially using numbers. The Licensee shall label her exhibits sequentially using letters.

2. By 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2010, each party will file and serve a list of the witnesses that it intends to call at the evidentiary hearing, including a short summary of the substance of their proposed testimony.

3. By 4:30 p.m. on Monday, May 10, 2010, the parties will file and serve a statement (under Minn. R. 1400.6950 (2)) detailing any objection to the foundation of a written exhibit.

4. A hearing in this matter will be held at the Winona County Courthouse, 171 West Third Street, Winona, Minnesota 55987 on Thursday, May 13, 2010, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
