The hearing in this matter is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2009, at the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office, 403 Government Services, 320 West Second Street, Duluth, Minnesota. For good cause the hearing should be continued to allow Respondent’s counsel sufficient time to prepare for representation.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the hearing in this matter is CONTINUED to enable Respondent to have representation of counsel until 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at the same location.
