This letter constitutes the First Prehearing Order in the above matter concerning matters discussed in the telephone conference on November 12, 2008. Ms. Oberg appeared for the Department of Human Services; Mr. Koch appeared for the Licensee, Mary Lou Flannigan. We set the following deadlines:
February 2, 2000: Deadline for the parties to exchange all documents they intend to offer into evidence at the hearing, along with a witness list containing a brief description of the testimony anticipated for each witness. Please send copies of the exhibit list and witness list to the ALJ.
