The hearing in this matter is currently scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, October 24, 2008, at the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office, 403 Government Services Center, 320 West Second Street, Duluth, Minnesota 55802. However, both parties have requested that the hearing be continued to allow them additional time to explore the possibility of settlement.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that, for good cause, the hearing in this matter is CONTINUED until 9:30 a.m. on Friday, December 19, 2008, at the same location.
