The hearing in this matter is currently scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, March 23, 2009, at the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office, 403 Government Services Center, 320 West Second Street, Duluth, Minnesota 55802. However, both parties have requested that the hearing be continued to allow them additional time to explore the possibility of settlement.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that, for good cause, the hearing in this matter is CONTINUED until 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at the same location.
