AMENDMENT
TO THE
PROTECTIVE
ORDER
|
At the June 12, 2008 hearing in this
matter, the Assistant County Attorney advised the ALJ and the parties, on the
record, that the Hennepin County Attorney had authorized the disclosure of
Exhibit 9, a videotape of an alleged child victim, for the purposes of this
proceeding. Upon the
request of
Paragraph
seven of the June 3, 2008, Protective Order previously issued in this matter is
amended to read as follows:
7. This protective order does not authorize
the disclosure of any videotapes of any child victim or alleged child victim
unless the requirements of Minn. Stat. §§ 611A.90, subd. 2, paragraph (b), and
634.35 have been met. See, Minn. Stat. § 13.03, subd. 6.
Except
for this amendment, all other terms of the June 3, 2008 remain in full force
and effect.
