          The hearing in this matter is currently scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. on April 25, 2008, at the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office, Room 403, Government Services Center, 320 W. 2nd Street, Duluth, Minnesota.  It appears that for good cause and with agreement of the parties, that hearing should be continued until a later date.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the hearing in this matter, currently is continued until 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2008, at the same location unless otherwise ordered.
