In the Matter of the Temporary Immediate suspension of the Licenses of Laura Fritts to Provide Adult Foster Care and Family Adult Day Care under Minnesota Rules, parts 9555.5105 to 9555.6265 and Minn. Stat. § 245A.143

 

 

ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

 

          WHEREAS, the licensee, Laura Fritts, through her legal counsel DeAnna J. Schluesner, Ryan & Grinde, Ltd., 407 14th Street N.W., P.O. Box 6667, Rochester, MN 55903-6667, withdrew her appeal of the temporary immediate suspension of her licenses to provide Adult Foster Care and Family Adult Day Care be dismissed.

          NOW THEREFORE, based upon that written request, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, without taxation of costs or disbursements to any party, and that the file shall be closed and the official record shall be returned to the Department of Human Services.
