ORDER |
The Notice of and Order for Hearing served on November 8, 2007, set this matter for a hearing on the merits on Monday, January 7, 2008, at 9:30 a.m., at the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office, Room 403, Government Services Center, Duluth, MN 55802.
It appears that, upon application of the parties and for good cause, the hearing on the merits should be continued in order to allow the parties sufficient time to explore the possibility of a settlement in this matter.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, that the hearing in this matter is CONTINUED until 9:30 a.m. on Friday, February 8, 2008, at the same location.
