ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE |
WHEREAS, the licensees, Christopher and LuAnn DeFranco, through their legal counsel DeAnna J. Schluesner, Ryan & Grinde, Ltd., 407 14th Street N.W., P.O. Box 6667, Rochester, MN 55903-6667, requested that their appeal of the temporary immediate suspension of their license to provide child care be dismissed.
NOW THEREFORE, based upon that written request, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, without taxation of costs or disbursements to any party, and that the file shall be closed and the official record shall be returned to the Department of Human Services.
