ORDER FOR CONTINUANCE |
The above-entitled matter was scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Raymond R. Krause (“ALJ”) on April 30, 2008.
Prior to the hearing date, on April 25, 2008, the parties represented to the ALJ that settlement negotiations are still ongoing. The Department requested a continuance in order to facilitate settlement.
Michael Q. Lynch, Assistant Hennepin County Attorney, appeared on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Human Services (“Department”). Lateesa Ward, Ward & Ward, appeared on behalf of the Respondent.
