PREHEARING ORDER
AND ORDER FOR HEARING

A continuance was granted by the
undersigned Administrative Law Judge, pursuant to a
August 27, 2007, request by Douglas E. Eisma, Esq.,
counsel for Ms. Wynia, and agreed to by Rock County
Attorney Donald R. Klosterbuer.
Based upon that correspondence, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1.
The parties shall notify the Administrative Law Judge by
September 1, 2007, whether they will require the services of a court reporter
at the hearing. Otherwise, the hearing will be digitally recorded.
2.
The parties shall simultaneously exchange and file proposed
exhibit and witness lists by September 5, 2007. Exhibits shall be pre-marked
using Arabic numbers without designation of the party offering the exhibit. The
Department’s exhibits shall commence with the number one, and Ms. Wynia’s exhibit numbers shall commence where the
Department’s numbers end. The witness
lists shall include a brief summary of the expected testimony of each witness.
3.
The parties shall appear at the hearing with at least three
copies of each exhibit they plan to offer into evidence.
4.
The contested case hearing shall be held on September 7,
2007 commencing at 9:00 a.m. at the
