The hearing in this matter was originally scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 18, 2007, at the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office, 403 Government Services Center, 320 West Second Street, Duluth, Minnesota 55802. At the request of the parties, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge continued the hearing until June 14, 2007, at the same time and location to allow the parties time to explore the possibility of settlement. The parties have requested additional time to attempt to consummate a settlement.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that, for good cause, the hearing in this matter is CONTINUED until 9:30 a.m. on Friday, July 13, 2007, at the same location.
