In the Matter of the Revocation of the License of Laura Ellingson

ORDER FOR HEARING

 

 

To:     Jeanne Anderson, Assistant Scott County Attorney, 200 Fourth Avenue West, Shakopee, MN 55379; and,

Christopher S. Petros, Attorney at Law, Tuttle & Bergeson, 1275 Ramsey Street, Suite 300, Shakopee, MN 55379

 

          This matter was continued at the request of the Respondent, pending the outcome of a related criminal matter.  That matter has now been resolved.  The parties anticipate that this matter may also be resolved, but it will be scheduled for hearing in the event that an agreement is not reached. 

 

          IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

 

1.              The hearing will be held on July 22, 2005, commencing at 9:30 a.m., in Shakopee.  Ms. Anderson will notify Mr. Petros and the administrative law judge of the specific location.

2.              In the event that the matter is resolved, the parties shall promptly notify the administrative law judge so that the matter may be removed from the calendar.
