SCHEDULING ORDER

Christopher S. Petros, Attorney at Law, Tuttle & Bergeson, 1275 Ramsey Street, Suite 300, Shakopee, MN 55379

 

          This matter was continued at the request of the Respondent, pending the outcome of a related criminal matter.  Ms. Anderson left a voice mail message on or about May 20, 2005, that the matter has been concluded. 

 

          IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

 

1.               A conference will be held by telephone on June 16, 2005,at 3:00 p.m. to schedule the hearing.  The undersigned will initiate the call to Ms. Anderson:  952-496-8248 and Mr. Petros:  952-746-2350.

2.               The parties shall notify the undersigned of any change to the contact number on that day.
