In the Matter of the Revocation of the License of Laura Ellingson

ORDER FOR CONTINUANCE

 

          The above-entitled matter was scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger (“ALJ”) on September 8, 2004.   

Jeanne Andersen, Assistant Scott County Attorney, 200 Fourth Avenue West, Shakopee, MN 55379, has filed a notice of appearance on behalf of the Department of Human Services.  Christopher S. Petros, Attorney at Law, Tuttle & Bergeson, 1275 Ramsey Street, Suite 300, Shakopee, MN 55379, has given notice that he is representing Laura Ellingson, the Respondent.

The Respondent has requested a continuance in order to resolve a related criminal matter that is pending.  The Department has agreed to the continuance.

At the request of the Respondent, and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

This matter is continued indefinitely.  The Assistant County Attorney shall contact the undersigned to reschedule the hearing, or in the event that the matter is resolved, to withdraw the Notice and Order for Hearing.
