          The above-entitled matter was scheduled for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Beverly Jones Heydinger (“ALJ”) on November 21, 2003.   

Karrie Kelly, Assistant County Attorney, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, MN 55981, has filed a Notice of Appearance on behalf of the Department of Human Services. (“Department”).  No appearance has been filed on behalf of the Respondent, Kay Hanson, 1028 West Center Street, Lake City, MN 55041.

At the request of the Assistant County Attorney, and for good cause shown,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

This matter is continued to January 22, 2004, commencing at 10:00 a.m., at the Wabasha County Courthouse, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, MN 55981.
