ORDER OF DISMISSAL

            The undersigned Administrative Law Judge, having considered the attached settlement agreement and request for dismissal with prejudice, finds that the parties have resolved this case to their mutual satisfaction and finds that their agreement is consistent with and effectuates the purposes of Minn. Stat. § 363.01, et seq. and is in the public interest.

            NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the authority granted by Minn. Stat. § 363.071,

            IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-entitled matter is dismissed with prejudice.
