ORDER GRANTING

PETITION TO INTERVENE AND MOTION FOR ADMISSION

 PRO HAC VICE

            WHEREAS, the above matter is pending before the undersigned Administrative Law Judge pursuant to a Notice and Order for Hearing and Complaint served by U.S. Mail on March 4, 2008;

            WHEREAS, on March 6, 2008, Beth Maxon, on behalf of her minor daughter M.M., filed a Petition to Intervene;

            WHEREAS, on April 2, 2008, Laura S. Weintraub, an attorney licensed in Minnesota, moved to admit Stacia Jones and Alicia Chiu, Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, 52 E. Gay Street, Columbus, OH 43215, to represent the interests of Abercrombie & Fitch in this matter; and

WHEREAS, no party has objected to either the Petition to Intervene or to the Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice;

            NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1.                  The Petition to Intervene of Beth Maxon, on behalf of her minor daughter M.M., is GRANTED pursuant to Minn. R. 1400.6200, and the intervenors shall have all the rights of a party in this matter;

2.                  The Motion for Admission of Stacia Jones and Alicia Chiu to practice in this matter Pro Hac Vice is GRANTED; and by appearing in this matter Stacia Jones and Alicia Chiu shall be subject to the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct and the Professionalism Aspirations adopted by the Minnesota Supreme Court, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Minnesota courts for purposes of enforcing the professional conduct rules; and

3.                  Ms. Weintraub is excused from any further appearances in this matter, but her name shall remain on the pleadings.
