DISMISSAL ORDER

The above-entitled matter was assigned to the undersigned Administrative Law Judge pursuant to a Notice of and Order for Hearing issued by Commissioner Korbel.

Subsequently, after the case went to Mediation, a Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release signed by both parties was filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings. In their Settlement and Release, the parties agreed and stipulated that the above-captioned matter should be dismissed with prejudice. In line with the parties’ agreement, this matter will be so dismissed.

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 14.59 and 363A.29 and Minn. Rules, pts. 1400.5500J and 1400.5900,

IT IS ORDERED that the above-entitled matter be and hereby is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to the terms of the parties’ Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release.
