PREHEARING ORDER

A prehearing conference was held by telephone on June 14, 2007. Box 228, Ada, MN 56510, also participated in the telephone conference.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. Discovery shall be completed by December 12, 2007.

2. A telephone conference will be held on December 18, 2007, at 1:30 p.m., to determine if any prehearing motions are anticipated and to set the dates for hearing. The judge will initiate the call to the telephone numbers provided.

3. This case may be appropriate for mediation. The parties are encouraged to consider requesting the Chief Administrative Law Judge to assign a mediator so that mediation can be scheduled promptly.
