PURSUANT TO STIPULATION

On January 30, 2007, the parties filed a Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice executed by counsel.  Complainant is represented by Erica Jacobson, Assistant Attorney General, 445 Minnesota St, Ste. 900, St. Paul, MN 55101-2127.  Intervenors are represented by John S. Having reviewed the Stipulation and pursuant to authority granted by Minn. Stat. §§ 14.50, 14.59, and 363.071, the Administrative Law Judge makes the following:

ORDER

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned matter be and hereby is dismissed with prejudice and without costs, disbursements, or attorney’s fees awarded to any party.
