Dear Counsel:

 

          The following matters were agreed to during our telephone conference on September 22, 2003:

 

1.           The Respondent will produce the following documents before 4:30 p.m. on September 24, 2003:

a.     A list of all employees supervised by Mr. Hansen during 2001 and any documents that refer to the termination of these employees.

b.     The personnel files for the two employees mentioned during our conference and those identified under 1.a.

c.      The job description for cleaning positions.

d.     The Respondent’s sexual harassment policy.

 

2.           The depositions will be taken as follows:

a.     Bruce Williams:  p.m. of September 25^th.

b.     Raul Castaneda:  p.m. of September 30^th.

c.      Dale Hansen:  October 9.

 

The motion and hearing schedule remain the same.  Please regard this letter as an Order directing completion of the discovery as outlined above.
